1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date or the start of your most recent billing period.
2. Payment Processor & Merchant of Record
Flowist is a product of and operated by DM Ventures Group, LLC, which is the Merchant of Record for all Flowist orders. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Open the Billing page in the Flowist app and click Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can view your invoices and cancel future charges.
- Email us at support@flowist.co with the account email address used for your Flowist subscription and the date of purchase. We will process your request within 5–10 business days.
- Alternatively, contact us through the application and we will assist you in processing your refund.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase. After a refund is issued, your access to paid features will revert to the free plan.
5. Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 30-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe to be abusive or fraudulent.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from the Billing page. If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period after the 30-day guarantee window has passed.
